Jeff started playing the piano at age 11, and continued the musical path to eventually gain a BA in music composition from UCSB. It was during his time in college that his fascination with the mechanics of the acoustic piano began. He has worked in the retail piano industry since 1993, and joined Keyboard Concepts in 1997. He has extensive technical knowledge about the piano and is well versed on various brands and vintages. Jack Holmes is a pianist and composer. He studied composition with the late Stanley Wolfe at the Juilliard School. He has a BFA in Film and is also a published author. Jack has many years of experience in sales, particularly in rare antiquarian books and first editions, as well as high-end luxury British sports cars.

Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, Margaret attended the “Fame” high school before studying voice at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance. Her lifelong passion for creating experiences that captivate audiences and engage communities was expressed during her time as house manager at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and a program director and fundraiser with the Sphinx Organization. Margaret enjoys interacting with clients, performing with the Angel City Chorale, hobby taxidermy, and hanging out with her cat, Cali.
