Solo Jazz Concert

Four-time GRAMMY-nominated jazz pianist/composer Gerald Clayton expresses honesty in every note he plays. Besides his own work, Clayton has performed and recorded with many distinctive artists such as Diana Krall, Roy Hargrove, Charles Lloyd, Dianne Reeves, Ambrose Akinmusire, Kendrick Scott, John Scofield, and his father’s Clayton Brothers Quintet.

At this special Keyboard Concepts concert event, Gerald will be performing on a new, exquisitely hand-built, Bösendorfer 225 standard case. Also on display will be four impressive examples of limited edition Bösendorfer pianos.

A Chinese-born solo and chamber pianist, Xiao earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from Bard College Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music degree at Juilliard, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at UCLA. She has performed numerous concerts and recitals throughout the U.S., China, and Europe.
